A focused assessment of your problem and proposed solution: whether AI is the right approach, a high-level recommendation, review of relevant research and competing approaches, and a technical novelty assessment.

Credited toward Roadmap if started within 90 days

Roadmap

A concrete, actionable development plan: precise task definition, data requirements, relevant public datasets, a milestoned plan with cost estimates, and regulatory considerations (e.g. SaMD).

Phase 2 · Development

Build

Data cleaning, preprocessing, model development, and rigorous validation. You receive a documented, working model.

Integrate

Everything in Build, plus embedding the model into your product or pipeline, with applied research support for real-world edge cases.
